Jaime and her staff were VERY attentive to our needs and not only responded right away to our concerns, but she came in person to handle the issue. Jaime was also very helpful in booking this house and getting us squared away to make our vacation plans easy and seamless. We would LOVE to use Jaime and Pier 42 again in the future. Thank you Pier 42 and crew!
