Big Kahuna

This was our second time renting this house in Holden Beach, NC. We love the house and the area. The house is impeccably maintained and the Pier 42 property management group is very easy to work with. We noticed that the refrigerator water filter needed replaced and they were there that same day to put in a new one. We will go back again next year and stay at the Big Kahuna!!

This house was perfect for two families of 5 with room to spare. The kids loved the pool and fishing, crabbing,, and throwing the cast net off the dock. Pier 42 realty was so easy to work with as well. We will be back soon!

Beautiful home with so much room for the entire family. Home was very clean and cozy. Property management was very helpful and made everything so easy. We will be renting from the again in the future.

Beautiful, 3rd floor Kitchen/living room worked well, great views! Pool was great for kids and adults. Had great separation of space for all guests. Elevator was important for our older family members. A few minor issues with outside tv, and elevator. All were handled immediately by maintenance folks.It’s pricey but worth it if you have a large family gathering.

This is our 4th year to stay at the Big Kahuna!!!!!We are a family of 11 and this house gives all of us plenty of room!!!!We always are greeted with a beautiful clean home ready to enjoy our stay.We love the fact that the pool always has some shaded areas also.We hope to return for many years!!!!!!
