Big Kahuna SPECIAL OFFER

We had a fabulous week at the Big Kahuna! The property is well appointed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the inter coastal views, 8-10 min walk to the beach and the pool! We will likely rent again if schedules allow! We had a few minor issues and the rental company was quick to respond and fix the issues. Overall, a great stay. A few points to the host…the pool fridges weren’t cleaned out and dirty when we arrived. Likely just an oversight I’m sure! The pull out couch is highly uncomfortable and maybe a mattress topper would help.

Pier 42 is sooo good to work with. They understand things happen and bend over backwards to accommodate your every need. I wish all realties were as nice as Jaime and her crew. Please use them for your housing needs in Holden Beach…you will not be sorry! Thank you Pier42…we will be back!

We rented a house on Holden for a week through Pier 42, Big Kahuna. The house was very well cared for and clean. You could tell that the owners and Pier 42 take immense pride in the property. Layout was great location was good. Pier 42 contact was available by text or phone with no delay for anything needed. Best part was that they knew about the property, they weren’t so inundated with quantity over quality that they didn’t know the details. Great service, great time! We will book again.

The house looks better than the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had 5 adults and 5 children in the house and had plenty of room. We were within walking distance to the beach. We watched the sunrise from the back and the sunset from the front of the house. Had a small issue with the door lock. Jamie from Pier 41 was very helpful in resolving this issue. We loved everything about the house!!

We did not know what to expect coming in. Holden beach is quiet and relaxing. This house is large and has everything you would want. Lots of balconies and great views, especially from the crows nest. A short walk to the beach. Pier 42 was wonderful to deal with. They were right there with any issues we had. I recommend this place highly!
