The kitchen, recreation room, layout of the bedrooms, and the beach view made this house a wonderful experience.

Excellent place for vacation!

My husband’s family of 16 spent a great week at this rental home right on Holden Beach. Our family had plenty of room in this multi-story house, and almost every couple had a bedroom with its own bathroom. There was a Jack-and-Jill bathroom our 3- and 5-year-old grandchildren shared with their parents. The realty was very friendly and responsive to our needs. A short walkway from the home’s pool led right to the beach. We had a canopy set up for us at 7 am daily by Beach Boys rental, so it couldn’t have been easier to walk straight from the pool to the beach. The kitchen had all the equipment you could ask for to make full-scale family dinners. A bonus was being able to see dolphins most days from our balcony overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend both this home and the realty for family beach vacations.

Great house in a most convenient location the ocean, restaurants and fish market on the intercostal waterway. Easy to rent. Jamie and Karen were easily accessible and great to work with to ensure a memorable stay was had by all. Highly recommend!
