My husband’s family of 16 spent a great week at this rental home right on Holden Beach. Our family had plenty of room in this multi-story house, and almost every couple had a bedroom with its own bathroom. There was a Jack-and-Jill bathroom our 3- and 5-year-old grandchildren shared with their parents. The realty was very friendly and responsive to our needs. A short walkway from the home’s pool led right to the beach. We had a canopy set up for us at 7 am daily by Beach Boys rental, so it couldn’t have been easier to walk straight from the pool to the beach. The kitchen had all the equipment you could ask for to make full-scale family dinners. A bonus was being able to see dolphins most days from our balcony overlooking the ocean. We highly recommend both this home and the realty for family beach vacations.

Great house in a most convenient location the ocean, restaurants and fish market on the intercostal waterway. Easy to rent. Jamie and Karen were easily accessible and great to work with to ensure a memorable stay was had by all. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful from the bedrooms to the large kitchen! Great cookware and plenty of silverware, dishes, glassware. A large bar area with another fridge for drinks! 5🌟! Communication was awesome and we appreciate the quick responses we had on a few questions. Really the perfect place for us! We will be back!

We had a group of 20 women for a retreat. This place fit everyone comfortably. Rooms were spacious. The pool was great (i just wish it was heated). The private walk way to the beach was a plus.. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

This is the best customer service I’ve ever received! Jamie is incredible. The view was also wonderful to enjoy each day. The house definitely needs a deep clean and there isn’t much to do on the island, but other than that it was perfect.
