6 BDR 2nd Street Mint Condition Pool Elevator

The house is exactly as you see it online. The location was fabulous and the beach club beach access is a nice addition. The amenities at the house were a lot of fun and we had a great time. Pier42 realty team were amazing to work with on a last minute rental. Highly recommend both the house and the management company. Thank you!

Mint Condition is a beautiful home that is very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to all of the fun (beach, ice cream, putt putt, cocktails, souvenirs)! The neighborhood was very nice, safe to walk. Our stay included two families with 6 teenagers and EVERYONE had a great time! The only item that was missing was an icemaker. We will be back!

Mint Condition was perfect for our family reunion beach vacation. Family traveled from 4 different states and the home was family friendly and very welcoming. The amenities were great, and the location to the beach and playground was ideal. Our thanks to the owners and Pier 42 for giving us the opportunity to create lifetime memories!
