Mint Condition + Summer Golf Cart!

Mint Condition is a wonderful place for our annual family reunion with children. It is well supplied, the location and amenities are excellent, and Pier 42 is superb to work with. Thank you so very much to them and the owners!!

Great house! Very clean and comfortable! Loved how close it was to the beach access!

We rented Mint Condition with two other families and had a great time! It was an easy walk to the beach and not a far walk from shops, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings, loved the house!

The house is exactly as you see it online. The location was fabulous and the beach club beach access is a nice addition. The amenities at the house were a lot of fun and we had a great time. Pier42 realty team were amazing to work with on a last minute rental. Highly recommend both the house and the management company. Thank you!

Mint Condition is a beautiful home that is very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to all of the fun (beach, ice cream, putt putt, cocktails, souvenirs)! The neighborhood was very nice, safe to walk. Our stay included two families with 6 teenagers and EVERYONE had a great time! The only item that was missing was an icemaker. We will be back!
