We really enjoyed our vacation at Mint Condition. We had all of the amenities and a fantastic pool area. With a short walk (or cart ride) to the beach location was ideal. See you next year.

Wonderful stay!
The house was great, comfortable, beautifully kept, fully stocked and clean. Such an easy walk to the beach, golf cart was fun for the family (and kiddos to ride) and the beach club access was such a wonderful extra perk. Management was easy to work with, responsive and checked in often. Would definitely stay again!

Mint Condition

We rented Mint Condition with two other families and had a great time! It was an easy walk to the beach and not a far walk from shops, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings, loved the house!
